This is a man by the name of Stuart Scott. He showed up at the DMV one day to approach a small group and just preach the gospel. Loving. Calmly. Your voice tone means EVERYTHING when it comes to open air preaching. You can anger some, or you can show Christ. Obviously these people were in a public spot, and could walk away at any time. Stuart was not backing people into a corner, or hailing down fire and brimstone. Just preaching the truth in love.
And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be GENTLE unto all men, able to teach, patient.........
